Bring your furry friends home to a pet-friendly community designed with them in mind.

Off-Leash Dog Park – Open 24/7
Let your pup play and socialize anytime in our fully fenced dog park.

Pet-Friendly Features:

  • Convenient pet waste stations throughout the community

  • No weight limit – we welcome pets big and small

  • Cats and dogs allowed

  • Up to 3 pets per apartment

Pet Fees:

  • One-time non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet

  • Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet
     

Breed Restrictions:
To ensure the safety of all residents, we do not allow the following breeds (or mixes of these breeds):
American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, American Bulldog, or any breed deemed aggressive.
